Logo for UTEP’s Paso Del Norte Partnership For Research organization which is a network of partnerships between the College of Education, K-12 school districts, and area nonprofits. The organization wanted something that was using the UTEP color scheme and a logo that could be adaptable across all social media, varied devices, and multiple online programs. The owl which is seen as a symbol of wisdom and is often associated with education. The burrowing owl in particular is found only in El Paso and is known for his eyebrow-shaping feathers.
